Tim and Kay Marshall have been specializing in 18th century country clocks from North Bucks since 1990, supplying clocks to the trade and discerning collectors.

The aim is to offer clocks by interesting makers with a particular emphasis being placed on the originality of each clock.

Our stock comprises the work of the North Oxfordshire Quaker clockmakers, concentrating on the distinctive iron posted hoop and spike clocks produced by the Gilkes and Fardon families and their contemporaries such as William Green of Milton under Wychwood, throughout the eighteenth century, in the villages and small market towns of North Oxfordshire.

These are complimented by a selection of other interesting country made clocks dating from the early eighteenth century through to the early nineteenth century.

Clocks offered for sale are either in unrestored condition or restored and conserved by local experts. Each restored and conserved clock is sold with a one year guarantee.
